From the recording Peace Out
This was a fun idea to write that took shape over many months. Marla is a perfectionist and I really enjoyed working with her in the songwriting process. We wanted to write a bit of a humorous idea about breaking up with someone or just a nice way to tell someone that you're over and out! Done with the drama! Another amazing demo by mastermind Pete Sallis and Briana Tyson did the vocal on this and in my opinion, she killed it! She gives this the power of a JoDee Messina and the humor of Maddie & Tae! An American Idol top 100 finalist, Briana is making her voice heard. She’s even performed with Vince Gill and the Time Jumpers! Definitely keep your eyes on her Nashville!
